2012 Membership Application / Dues Statement

Dear Riva Club & Riva Historical Society Member:

Please find your 2012 dues payment reminder for the upcoming year. In order to continue your membership, we ask that you kindly make a prompt payment before December 10, 2011 to keep your membership current and to continue receiving all your benefits and privileges. These include participation in worldwide Riva venues, your VivaRiva magazine, RHS annual calendar and fellowship with Riva Club USA members.

We are required by Riva Historical Society to make payment to them no later than December 31, 2011 in order to keep your membership in RHS, and to assure that your name is included on the Roster printed on the RHS calendar. Kindly respond ASAP with your payment of $125.00 by check or credit card.
